Piotr Prokopowicz PhD

Research Associate at the Center for Evaluation and Analysis of Public Policies, Head of Strategy Implementation Monitoring at the Jagiellonian University, lecturer and an organizational development consultant. He holds a PhD degree in Sociology and Master's degree in Psychology from the Jagiellonian University. In his research and consulting, he focuses on helping organizations in reaching their maximum potential through participation, transparency and evidence-based management.

Member of the International Sociological Association, he co-authored "Total Participation Management," a book on participative management practices, "Situational Judgment Tests," a handbook on using SJT in recruitment and assessment practice, and was a part of the team that developed the Co-op Index – a  tool for assessing co-operative values and principles.

He teaches Psychology od Recruitment and Selection, International Organizational Development and Planning, Business Simulation Games and Organizational Behavior, and is a co-owner and partner at 313 Consulting, a consulting company specializing in the development of educational simulation games for business and non-governmental organizations.

Working as a consultant at Great Place to Work Institute Europe in Copenhagen, he assisted in preparing the list of 100 Best Places to Work in Europe and South America.

Research interests: organizational anthropology, organization diagnosis, organizational development, psychometrics, psychology recruitment and selection, determinants of the managerial success, NGOs and public institutions, the effectiveness of simulation games in training.
