We examined the role of different types of family assets in emotional well-being and depression. We found that family assets may play a significant protective role against depression, loneliness, and a decreased quality of life.

We invite you to read a new scientific article about longitudinal associations between psychological climate for caring at work and subsequent mental health, well-being and work outcomes

Psychological climate for caring (PCC) is a psychosocial factor associated with individual work outcomes and employee well-being. Our study shows that there was evidence for an association between PCC and subsequent diagnosis of depression. Increase PCC was associated with decreased odds of depression diagnosis.
